The breakfast was enjoyable, but the cleanup left much to be desired, especially with visible black mold in the shower. Manager Thanya's warm assistance was truly a highlight of my stay.

The executive deluxe room was spacious and comfortably accommodated six of us, including three babies, with excellent bathroom amenities like a large bath tub. The swimming pool provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation with fewer guests around. Dining was a highlight. the vegetarian options were abundant, and the focaccia bread stood out as particularly delicious. However, some areas could benefit from updates, such as the decor which felt a bit dated, and there were minor delays in room service despite the otherwise helpful staff.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s hard to beat the relaxing tropical swimming pool! I loved lounging by the poolside and enjoying the lovely garden area. Just a heads up, some furniture shows its age, but it didn’t take away from my stay at all. 🌴

I had an amazing stay and appreciated the convenience of being almost 2 km from the Rimba Ilmu Botanical Gardens, where I enjoyed some beautiful walks, and the MRT station just a short walk away made getting around the city so easy. perfect for solo travelers like me who love exploring all that Kuala Lumpur has to offer on foot.

Check-in felt sluggish, especially at night when efficiency is expected. The air conditioning struggled to cool multiple rooms despite adjustments, leading to uncomfortable nights. Water supply issues emerged during my stay. on occasion, the water looked brown, which is an unsettling experience. Additionally, the parking situation was disappointing with fees for hotel guests, and the elevators frequently being out of order forced us to tackle staircases.

my stay at this hotel for our anniversary was fantastic! the staff made us feel special and the breakfast spread was impressive, featuring delicious nasi lemak and freshly brewed coffee. the spacious room made it even better, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together.
